I feel like i have achieved a goal with purpose and a relief has been lifted. I realize that some of the tasks haven’t been completed. some areas of improvement could be time management. Time management through the last two weeks has been difficult. Although i managed to accomplish a few tasks. I could have also talked to our teacher Mr. Rosenburg about the assignment previously before the absents. I feel like the consequences will be heard and i will look to achieve a better grade in the later half of the term/ new year 87% - the new mark from this assignment scares me and i hope it does not reflect to harshly.
Positive notes: I completed the ultimate goal of what i wanted to achieve. weighing in at 181 felt pretty great. I’m pleased greatly by my accomplishment. I also accomplished a great deal of notes a self reflection.I learned what kind of builder i was and i believe i achieved the ultimate task.
today is the end of my business project and the end of my tumblr posts i have done an unfortunate job at posting. Overall my Fitness has improved. i have been able to lose all my added off season weight and i’m down to a slim 181, 4 more pounds then expected… However i’m trilled to start the next chapter even though my assignment is over. I’m also upset that I was away for the first two weeks of this assignment due to oral surgery. My next accomplishments will be to put muscle weight back on and improve my overall health by following the same routine but putting more weight on reps and less reps all together. I will also be increasing my meals per day to five meals and two light snacks between meals 2 and 4. Protein, Protein, Protein. At the end of the day i feel like my two weeks helped me improve my overall self but i could complete the full four weeks i will still continue by myself and strive for 200-210 pounds of lean muscle and a nice 6-pack for the ladies ;).
I plan to give this assignment three weeks of my full dedication and attention. So far so good. Last week i started a fitness plan, so i could get in shape for football and stop my lazy slump. I’ve been having a problem recently not been able to motivated… as we all know Richview took the best of us in our semi finals football game, and sometimes i get caught up in the past. What could you have done to be more successful? well ill tell yeah… that game will haunt me until the grave. Ill never in my life forget the memories that have been created on northern’s field and through my two years at northern without playing in that final game at the end of November. I like to think everything was successful no matter the outcome. Positive thoughts, coming from the guy who is in a slump. Anyways my regimen of fitness will go back to the same intensity I had in the gym just before the season started. My goals are to get to 185 again in the next three weeks so i can start adding muscle weight after that. I plan to go to the gym five days a week in a controlled system. Day 1 i will start with light Cardio Treadmill 2.50 miles at 6 increasing till the end every 2-3 minutes as normal, Triceps and chest day will follow with abs routine and finish with 5 mile bike ride. Day 2 Biceps and back with explosive workout/Jump training and abs. Day 3 Abs and Legs day with swimming Day 4 High cardio 5 mile run, 8 mile bike ride, and finish with abs and finally Day 5 explosive training, basketball, 2.50 mile run, 3 mile stair climb and finish with abs. My goal is to kick this off and get at least fifteen days into the next three weeks.
